Elliptical2 weeks (56 miles) San Antonio to Albuquerque, New Mexico
Stairmaster2 weeks (1050 flights) Albuquerque to Phoenix, Arizona
Recumbent Bike2 weeks (84 miles) Phoenix to Muscle Beach, California
Rowing Machine2 weeks (14,000 meters) Muscle Beach to Hana Hawaii
Spin10 days 30 minutes per ride (Hana Hawaii to Maui Hawaii)
Each participant will receive a Summer Challenge workout shirt
